Direct Shipping Rates to the lower 48 states are available from the shopping cart, for overseas, please contact us via email for info.

**While most orders will ship within 48-72 hours, please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped. Dawn is frequently on the road at shows and may have needed inventory with her.

Free Shipping Requirements: Purchases whose volume provides the "Free Shipping" option will be subject to a Shipping Charge Adjustment IF returned items bring the purchase total below the Free Shipping total requirement.

**Due to the nature of our business, all orders are required to be paid for in full at the time of order. By purchasing online, you are agreeing to these terms.**

**If you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the product has shipped.**

SALES TAX

By law, we are required to collect and remit sales tax for any orders shipped to a state in which we have a "physical presence". As such we currently collect sales tax for all sales in Tennessee. Some states require sales tax to be charged on the shipping cost as well.
